[/COLOR]LET'S START WITH THE BASICS: HOW OLD ARE YOU, AND WHAT IS YOUR NAME?
um, hi. my name is tobias fitzgerald st. michaels. people call me toby, mainly, but that nickname always makes me feel like a five-year-old. it's better than fitz, though, which my dad said he once thought about calling me. then again, ther really isn't much you can get from tobias other than toby, but, you know. my middle name - well, the only good thing i can say about my middle name is that people never have to know it. i was born on june eighth in manhattan, new york, and i'm twenty-two years old. fascinating, isn't it?[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]WHO ARE THE INFAMOUS PARENTALS?
my dad's fitzgerald st. michaels (i know, right?), and my mom's lucille st. michaels. i don't know exactly what dad does - he's some sort of financial guru person, doing something with….stocks, or something. okay, honestly, i have absolutely no idea what my dad does, except for the fact that he's rolling in cash and doesn't pay attention to anything any of his kids do. mom's…the same way. she was home more often, but not necessarily paying attention to us. my parents aren't the most attentive, but my siblings and i learned to cope.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]NOW, WE'VE SEEN YOU OUT WITH SOMEONE THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE YOU! ARE THEY YOUR SIBLINGS?
like i said, i obviously have siblings. (i'd like to think i'm infinitely better looking, though, thank you very much.) in fact, i have four of them. i've got two older brothers, fitz jr and leonard. fitz went to west point and leonard went to the air force academy. i have two younger sisters, too, lucille and lenore. they're twins, and the two of them went to yale and harvard. i'm kind of the odd one out in the family; i went to juilliard.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]DESCRIBE YOURSELVES TO US, WILL YOU?
okay, so here's the thing. you know billy elliot? won ten tony awards? seriously, billy elliot might as well be the story of my life. actually, that's totally a lie. i'm not british, my parents weren't working class, i started dancing when i was, like, five…the only thing billy and i have in common is the fact that we both like dancing and have friends that run around in women's clothing. okay, now i'm distracted. what was i talking about again? right, me. first of all, i like it when things are under control; spontaneity has never really been something i'm good at, other than onstage, and when i'm drunk i can apparently let go of that hangup. another negative thing they tell me is that i can be too judgmental (or bitchy) to use their words). which, you know, i can see where they're coming from. i do have a tendency to say what's on my mind, and a lot of the things that happen to be on my mind are just not what people are used to hearing. on the bright side, though, people tell me that i'm also charismatic as all get-out, whatever that means. i honestly don't know what it means, but i'm going to pretend that it's because i'm friendly and everything. i do like to talk to people, though - i'm very outgoing and i have no problem going up to people i don't even know and starting a random conversation. in fact, it's pretty much what i do when i'm bored. i'm passionate about what i do, too, and i can be relatively hardworking when i want to be (not that i want to any time other than at the theater, but, you know). um, i think the trait most people mention most about me is generally my friendliness. i can be bitchy and all, if i have to admit it, but i generally do have to be provoked first. otherwise i'm all for hugs and kisses, or whatever.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]NOW, FROM ANOTHER PERSON'S POINT OF VIEW, WHAT IS HE/SHE LIKE?
"oh my god, toby? he's such a queen, and i mean that in the best way possible, really. i mean, sure, he can totally be a bitch sometimes, but only in the entertaining way. okay, actually, i'm sorry, that's such a lie. it's only entertaining because i was never on the other side of his bitchiness. like, honestly. he can be vicious sometimes! i totally adore him to pieces, though. he's the absolute best person to go shopping with - cliched, right? - but it's totally true. first of all, his dad's rich as hell, and even then it doesn't hurt that he's got more style than the rest of his family combined. he even bought me this absolutely beautiful hermes scarf, which totally made my year. he's talented, too; i know some people that don't want to admit because they don't like him, but it's totally true. i mean, i heard some nasty rumors going around that his dad bought his way into juilliard because it's totally unfair, you know? first of all, his dad so wouldn't do something like that, and i know that dance was, like, the last thing that 'the esteemed fitzgerald st. michaels' wanted for his third son. besides, he never would have made it on broadway without some sort of talent. i mean, he won a tony and he was principal dancer for, like, half a year until he was offered that broadway job. he's hard to work with sometimes because he's such a perfectionist, but it's hard to deny the end results. most of the time. i mean, i went to juilliard so i've obviously got more sassy s than i know what to do with, but he's totally my favorite (and it's so not just because of the scarf, okay?)."[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

[/COLOR]RELATIONSHIP WISE - HOW ARE YOU IN THAT DEPARTMENT? ALSO, IF YOU HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER, WHAT DO THEY THINK OF YOU?
i don't do relationships. i just don't, okay? i like sex. i tried a relationship maybe a year or two ago and it was absolutely horrific - there was all this clinginess and caring and drama and it's just not how i work. he was wonderful and all, and i still get a bit sad when i think about him, but it's over, and that's my fault. relationships are just way too much work, and i'm not willing to do that.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN?
fun? honestly, i haven't had that much spare time for fun recently. basically, my free time is spent either dancing or singing or things like that. i do love shopping, though. i mean, if there's one thing that makes me feel better it's a good purchase. and i'm not completely crazy - i've always loved talking with my friends. and making fun of people. and making fun of people with my friends, but i generally don't say things like that because it's kind of mean, you know?[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]ARE YOU GOOD AT KEEPING SECRETS? IF SO, DO YOU HAVE ANY YOURSELF?
my parents don't know i'm . i mean, it's not much of a secret to anybody else, but my parents don't care enough to put the two and two together.that's the biggest one, really.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
[/COLOR]AND FINALLY, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU'D LIKE TO TELL US?
well, i came to california after my last show closed because i wanted a bit of a break. i've been going non-stop since i graduated, so i figured it was time for a break. besides, since my best friend came with me this is going to be the most fun i've had in a while.[/sub][/color][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
